Black Nikau is a New Zealand based enterprise.
The founder and owner of Black Nikau established and ran a software company many years ago and for many years, when he was still back in Germany. It started all even before somebody knew that there would be something like a personal computer (PC) available to everybody.
He worked on mainframe computers in those days as well as on on so-called mini computers and gathered a wealth of programming skills and experience using pretty much every programming language available at the time. Since 2000 he is into website design and programming. Eventually he founded Black Nikau and he is optimistic to grow this business quickly.
If required freelance programmers and designers in New Zealand and from overseas are available to get things done. Given today's technical possibilities with communications and linking over the Internet it is not much of a problem to cooperate on one project from different parts of the world. The one important thing in this context is project supervision, which is also accomplished using the proper software.
The equipment and available software at Black Nikau is powerful enough to do even small video productions. Graphics design and photo post-processing is not a problem either. All graphics, advertising, rack cards, business cards, artist introductions, line sheets, print material, and the like can be done and is done in-house. For higher print volumes the printing company just gets a CD or DVD, which they feed into their machines.
